Federal Programs (2025)
High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Act (HEEHRA)
Available to low- and moderate-income households:
- Heat pumps: Up to $8,000
- Heat pump water heaters: Up to $1,750
- Electric panel upgrades: Up to $4,000
Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (25C)
Available to all income levels:
- Central AC and heat pumps: Up to $600 credit
- Heat pump water heaters: Up to $2,000 credit
